What is Health & Wellbeing Coaching?
Health & Wellbeing Coaching is about more than advice — it’s a safe space to pause, reflect, and create a personalised plan for your health and life. Coaching isn’t about being told what to do. It’s about uncovering what feels right for you and making small, sustainable changes that fit your world.
In a typical 60-minute session, we will:
Explore what matters most to you in your health and daily life
Work through the challenges you’re facing — whether that’s fatigue, stress, pain, sleep, or daily routines
Use evidence-based tools such as:
Motivational Interviewing – uncovering your own motivation for change
Behaviour Change Models – building habits that actually last
Personalised Goal Setting – creating plans that work for you, not against you
Most of all, coaching gives you the confidence and clarity to:

My background lies in: Digital Healthcare Leadership, Health & Wellbeing Coaching & Supervision (NHS & private), Psychosocial Theory & Practice (BA Hons), Health Support Worker & Social Therapist (NHS), Exercise Referral Specialist, Personal Trainer.
MY STORY
About coaching and me
With over a decade of experience in health, care, and coaching. My work is deeply rooted in public health, behavioural change, and personalised care.
Alongside my private practice, I work regionally with the NHS to support and develop personalised care roles, including health and wellbeing coaches, care coordinators, and social prescribing link workers. I also manage and supervise coaching teams, helping to embed best practice and create sustainable models of wellbeing across health systems.
My coaching approach blends evidence-based methods — including motivational interviewing, behaviour change science, and personalised goal setting — with compassion and lived experience. I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals to help them manage long-term conditions, navigate invisible illness, and build routines that bring clarity, balance, and confidence.
In addition to one-to-one coaching, I design and deliver wellbeing workshops for organisations and wellness retreats. These sessions provide space for reflection, practical tools for self-care, and evidence-informed strategies to improve mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: health is deeply personal — and with the right support, everyone can take meaningful steps towards a life that feels possible and fulfilling.
