Our first session (around 45–60 minutes) is a chance to get to know you, understand your goals, and identify what’s holding you back. We’ll map out the areas you want to focus on — whether that’s weight management, energy, sleep, stress, or lifestyle habits.
After this, sessions usually last 45–60 minutes and can be booked weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on the level of support you’d like. Sessions are available online, so you can join from anywhere.

▪ Coaches don’t assess symptoms, make diagnoses or treat specific conditions, but they can and do work alongside doctors, registered dieticians, nutritionists and other health care practitioners
▪ Health and Wellness Coaches are uniquely trained in lifestyle and behaviour change, equipping clients to empower themselves to make healthier food and lifestyle choices and adopt sustainable healthy habits and behaviours
▪ While Health and Wellness Coaches are not nutritional therapists, some (but not all) Coaches are trained more specifically in optimising nutrition to support body systems, not treating health conditions
